The longest interest-free window on our list, on purchases and on qualifying balance transfers alike. There are no rewards and no welcome bonus, and that is the point.
We are not a bank and we do not approve applications. Every rate and fee here comes from the issuer and was checked on August 30, 2026.

- Balance transfer fee of 5%, minimum $5, and transfers must post within 120 days of opening to get the intro rate.
- See the full terms on Wells Fargo's page.

The full review
Almost two years without interest is a big promise, and the Reflect mostly delivers it. Twenty-one months covers purchases and qualifying transfers from the day the account opens, which is longer than the 15-month windows on most rewards cards.
The fee is where people trip. Every transfer costs 5% of the amount moved, so moving $5,000 adds $250 to the balance. That is steeper than a 3% intro fee elsewhere, but on a balance sitting above 20% APR it is usually far cheaper than another year of interest.
What you give up is everything else. No cash back, no points, no bonus. If the payoff will take you a year or less, a card that pays rewards and offers 15 months at 0% is probably the better trade.
